- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Lead training programs for staff on supply chain procedures and best practices
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business or healthcare management
- At least 5 years' experience in supply chain management, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
