You will be responsible for supporting various teams with their compliance inquiries, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with multiple teams to address compliance queries and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.
- Develop and maintain compliance management plans, including updates on regulatory changes, policies, and training programs.
- Work closely with the Compliance Assurance Officer to monitor control assurance testing plans.
- Compile compliance reports and updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct compliance assessments and review risk obligations.
- Identify and assess new risks arising from process changes or organizational developments.
- Perform regular reviews of existing risk assessments to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Provide ongoing support in delivering compliance and risk frameworks.
- Manage risk incidents and remediation processes effectively.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and business units to understand business drivers, concerns, and expansion plans.
- Maintain multiple policies and registers up-to-date.
- Review key policies and procedures, assist staff in drafting policies and procedures, and prepare regulatory filings.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, participate in business meetings, and provide support to team members with complex issues.
