Civil Construction Engineer

A motivated and experienced Civil Engineer is sought for a challenging role with a reputable construction company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Assist in planning and managing daily site activities and subcontractor coordination
- Prepare and implement ITPs, QA documentation, and progress reports
- Monitor daily costs, quantities, and materials usage
- Work closely with Project Engineers and Supervisors to keep delivery on track
The successful candidate will have:
- 2-3 years' experience as a Site Engineer in civil contracting in Australia
- Exposure to FIFO or remote mining projects, especially bulk earthworks in the Pilbara
- Strong understanding of QA processes, site safety, and civil scopes
- Practical mindset with a willingness to be hands-on and solution-focused
- Bachelor's Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
