Job Overview

This senior manager position serves as a bridge between business goals and technical execution. The role oversees the development of a team consisting of Business Analysts and Systems Analysts, ensuring high-quality requirements documentation and testing standards.


The manager is also directly involved as the lead Analyst on key initiatives, collaborating with business leaders, IT, and vendor partners to align strategy, define scope, requirements and deliver solutions that support customer-facing digital platforms and supporting business systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership/Management
    • Recruit, train and mentor Business Analysts to build a strong team.
    • Establish and enforce standards for documentation, testing and analysis deliverables.
    • Ensure strategic objectives are translated into actionable business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Implementation
    • Serve as lead Business Analyst on high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivery excellence.
    • Act as Systems Analyst on designated product teams, bridging business and technical perspectives.
  • Strategy & Planning
    • Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure business priorities and vision are consistently aligned with delivery efforts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Desirable: Agile/Scrum certification.
  • 8-12+ years of experience in related field.
  • 4+ years of leadership/management experience of a similar technical role.
