Your Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Stryker's market presence in the Sports Medicine sector.

  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, athletic trainers, and healthcare providers.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective business development strategies and sales plans.

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape specific to sports medicine.

  • Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to the sales team, sharing insights and strategies that enhance the effectiveness of sales efforts.

  • Clinical Engagement: Promote Stryker's sports medicine products through clinical education, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in medical devices or sports medicine.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in orthopedic and sports medicine markets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth.

  • A results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving targets and improving patient care.
