About the RoleWe are seeking a hospitality professional with cooking qualifications to join our team as a Chef at our remote mining village in Hera NSW. This is a permanent role with a 14/7 roster, fly-in and fly-out from Sydney or Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food preparation and presentation (breakfast, crib, dinner, and functions)
- Adherence to dietary requirements (allergies, special requests)
- Assist with stock ordering, rotation, and stocktaking
- Maintain a clean kitchen, equipment, and utensils
- Adherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practices
