We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Gaming Attendant to join our team at The Club in Caroline Springs. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and supporting the team to maintain compliance requirements.

The Club is a premier dining complex situated in Caroline Springs, offering a family-friendly environment with great service and a relaxed atmosphere for all to enjoy. Our facilities include a large bistro with a designated kid's area, function room, sports bar, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
  • Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Maintain the gaming room at the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  • Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Ability to work graveyard shifts and evenings.
