About The Role

This position involves defining and owning technical strategy for key platforms and systems, leading end-to-end design and delivery of business-critical solutions, and partnering with product, engineering, and business leaders to shape technology roadmap and delivery programs.

This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and cloud-native design (Azure/AWS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and own technical strategy for key platforms and systems, balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.
  • Lead end-to-end design and delivery of business-critical solutions, from conceptual architecture to production deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to shape technology roadmap and delivery programs.
  • Provide deep technical leadership and mentorship, uplifting engineering and architecture capability across teams.
  • Drive best practice in architecture, secure software development, testing, and DevOps, including cloud-native design (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD automation.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies—including cloud, automation, data platforms, and AI/GenAI—and apply them pragmatically where they unlock value.
  • Lead technical governance, architectural reviews, and proactive management of technical debt.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, knowledge sharing, and pragmatic engineering.
  • Influence recruitment, onboarding, and professional development across the technical community.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience (ideally 10+ years) in software engineering, with a strong track record of technical leadership in complex digital environments.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering high-value solutions in areas such as platforms, automation, or AI-driven systems.
  • Deep hands-on experience with modern cloud environments, microservices, and CI/CD automation.
  • Proven ability to influence technical direction and business outcomes at scale.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
