Arcade Host

We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Arcade Attendant.

• This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and working in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an amazing time playing in our arcade and selecting prizes in our redemption store.

This is an entry-level position that requires minimal supervision, and we're looking for someone who is highly organized and able to work under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, or retail, and will be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues alike.

• Test games to ensure they are functioning correctly
• Ensure the arcade area remains clean and tidy at all times
• Provide exceptional service to our guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
