About the Role

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants in Central Coast and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position, but part-time opportunities are also available.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide speech pathology services to NDIS participants in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centers.
  • Utilize evidence-based measurement tools and assessment skills to create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology services.
  • Work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
  • Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, including family, carers, and friends.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to share stories of impact, collaborate with colleagues, and stay updated on best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.
  • SPA Registration.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Working with Children's Check.
  • Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.
