Key Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills.
- Build the bond between our brand and our customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting approach depending on individuals' personalities, loves, and needs.
- Learn and confidently share product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
- Assist with product deliveries; unload and store in correct spaces in-store.
- Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards; take pride in your environment.
- Operate the till system, handle financial transactions including returns and exchanges.
