Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Allied Health Professionals to join our team in the Traralgon region. As an Allied Health Professional with Integratedliving Australia, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing expert care and support to help them maintain or regain independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality Allied Health services to clients in their homes, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal client outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account client needs and goals.
  • Contribute to the development of wellness programs, delivering health education to groups and supporting the creation of new initiatives.

Requirements
