Job Overview:

This role involves working as a locum pharmacist in a busy retail pharmacy setting. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring that all medications are dispensed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care by engaging with customers to understand their needs
  • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently using FRED Dispense Plus/FRED NXT
  • Collaborate with other pharmacists, dispensary technicians, and shop staff to achieve a seamless patient experience
  • Perform tasks such as checking Websters, packing scripts, and vaccinating patients (if trained)
Requirements:
  • Registration as a Pharmacist with the relevant regulatory body
  • Experience with FRED Dispense Plus/FRED NXT is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy under pressure
  • Cannabis and vaccination experience preferred but not essential
Benefits:

The salary for this role is competitive, with weekday rates at $70 per hour + superannuation and weekend rates at $80 per hour + superannuation. Travel reimbursement is also available at $0.99 per km from Brisbane or similar, with no tolls or flights required.
