About the Dairy Department Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Dairy team to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent department standards
  • Drive engagement and deliver exceptional customer service in the Dairy department
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, monitor rotation routines, waste, and quality control
  • Support a positive team culture that prioritizes the health, safety, and wellbeing of team members
