Key Responsibilities:
- You will directly support individuals in maintaining their wellbeing, encompassing daily household activities, meal preparation, personal care, and social experiences that enhance their quality of life.
- Under general direction, you will implement various support plans and provide information, feedback, and reports using our systems.
- Role-specific requirements include operating at DDSO1 level, directing support towards individual's wellbeing, understanding their needs, preferences, and interests, and responding to them, their families, and others in their lives.
