Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Resort Director to oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless and profitable function. As General Manager, you will lead and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
• Manage revenue management, recruiting & training, customer service, and achieve financial targets
  
• Lead and develop a team to ensure hotel profitability and success
  
• Demonstrate prior operational experience and stakeholder management skills
  
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, property owners, guests, and regional shared services
  
• Maintain excellent product and service standards while maximising revenue and balancing expenses
  
• Act as a liaison within the local community, representing Accor and fostering community engagement
