Nurse Care Specialist

This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to support the well-being and inclusion of students with health needs in a school setting.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans that promote student participation and success.

Your Responsibilities- Provide educationally relevant nursing services to enable access and participation for students with health support needs.
- Develop, implement, and update individual and emergency health plans for the safe support of students with health needs.
- Support the inclusion of individual student health support requirements in school planning processes.
- Provide training to school personnel on specific health subjects.

Your Qualifications- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible work arrangements
- Parking facilities on site
- School holidays off if desired
