Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer-focused scheduled and 'breakdown' services to ensure optimal equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Record detailed service records and notes to maintain accurate documentation and support future maintenance requirements.
  • Participate in industry-leading training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in automation and telematics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to identify and address their material handling needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with the service team to optimize workflow and minimize downtime, ensuring seamless delivery of quality service to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Relevant mechanical or technical qualification (e.g., diploma or degree) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality service and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
