Job Overview
This role is responsible for managing client portfolios on a daily basis, ensuring timely completion of job workflows and arranging cargo bookings to meet client deadlines.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain client relationships
- Monitor and control job workflows to ensure timely completion
- Arrange transportation services and cargo bookings according to client requirements
- Review and update rates regularly to stay competitive
- Verify accuracy of documentation and communicate with clients as needed
- Coordinate with shipping lines, transport providers, and master loaders to ensure smooth operations
- Address client concerns and operational issues promptly
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of air and sea freight procedures
- Up-to-date understanding of current legislation and best practices
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data entry skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage workload effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with operational systems and technologies
