Job Title: Disability Support Worker - Ipswich

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to provide support services to our clients in the Ipswich area, including Brassall. The role involves providing personal care, transport, domestic assistance, and social support to clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support services to clients with a minimum of two hours per visit
  • Assist clients with daily activities as outlined in their home care plan
  • Support clients to maintain their independence and quality of life
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current driver's license
  • NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid certification
  • Ability to work a minimum of 10-15 hours per week
