**Digital Health Leader Wanted**
We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation and engagement of national clinical terminology standards.
This exciting role involves developing and executing a strategy for successful adoption and uptake, providing expert support and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing an effective plan for SNOMED CT and AMT adoption across Australia's healthcare system.
- Oversight of outreach and education initiatives to ensure broad and effective uptake of these essential standards.
- Leading collaboration with internal teams and external partners to identify and address emerging implementation needs.
- Analyzing trends to inform improvements in outreach, adoption, and education activities.
- Creating user-friendly documentation, including training materials, guides, and reports.
- Fostering strong stakeholder relationships through regular engagement, consultation, and collaboration.
- Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying risks, opportunities, and user needs to enhance service quality and impact.
Requirements:**
- Diploma/bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in medical and/or digital healthcare domain.
- Understanding of data standards and clinical terminology implementations in Australia, including existing and future barriers and opportunities.
- Experience in stakeholder management, including consultation and facilitation of user groups.
- Proven negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and oral communication skills for complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver against project objectives and client expectations.
