About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Advanced Practitioner to join our team in Strengthening Connections, a groundbreaking program targeting adolescent violence in the home. As a key member of our team, you will work with young people and their families to build trust, strengthen relationships, and communicate honestly.

Our program focuses on early intervention, providing intensive case management, comprehensive safety and wellbeing assessments, and therapeutic interventions. You will also conduct group work, using concurrent adolescent and parent group sessions to strengthen the parent-adolescent relationship through skills development in areas including respectful communication and assertive parenting.

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in assessing risk and creating safety plans, as well as experience in case management and therapeutic casework. You will possess a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent, and have a strong alignment to our values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Kindness & Innovation.

You will be highly developed in cultural awareness and sensitivity, with excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with our stakeholders.
