About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at People2People. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential business leads through research and outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients
- High motivation and drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
