Network Security Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Network Security Lead to spearhead our organization's security and network initiatives. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in network infrastructure, including load balancers, fabric switches, routers, and layer 2/3 switches.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Network Infrastructure Management:
    Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and fabric switches for seamless connectivity.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:
    Identify and resolve complex network problems and outages.
  • Performance Optimization:
    Collaborate with F5, NetScaler, Citrix load balancers to optimize traffic flow and ensure high availability.
  • Security Threat Detection and Mitigation:
    Monitor and manage firewalls using FMC and Splunk to detect and mitigate potential threats.
  • Wireless Network Management:
    Maintain WAPs and wireless controllers for optimal performance and user connectivity.
  • Proactive Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
    Utilize tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Cisco Prime/DNA Centre, and Cisco Licensing Manager to monitor network health and identify potential issues.
  • Backup and Incident Management:
    Manage and maintain backup solutions and utilize ServiceNow, SCCM, and Intune for incident management and policy enforcement.
  • Network Analysis and Improvement:
    Analyze network usage trends, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend improvements to enhance network scalability and efficiency.
