About the Role

Bendon Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in the fitting process.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, enabling you to consult with customers and provide expert guidance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experience.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including merchandising, processing stock, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Previous experience working in retail or a related field, with a strong understanding of product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
