We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced RV Delivery Specialist to join our team. As the face of our dealership during one of the most thrilling moments for our customers—handing over the keys to their new RV—you will be part of every customer's adventure, ensuring their RV handover is nothing short of spectacular.

About the Role:

You will take ownership of the delivery process, working closely with our team to ensure everything is perfect from start to finish. You will bring energy and expertise to every handover, making sure our customers feel confident, excited, and ready to hit the road in their new RV.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver new and used RVs with professionalism and flair.
  • Become the go-to RV expert, guiding customers on how to maximise their RV experience.
  • Complete essential paperwork with precision to ensure a smooth handover.
  • Carry out thorough pre-delivery inspections, guaranteeing every vehicle is road-ready.
  • Coordinate any necessary repairs and aftermarket accessory installations to ensure everything is top-notch.
  • Perform minor quality checks and fixes to keep our standards high.
  • Oversee the condition of ex-rental vehicles, ensuring they meet our high standards before resale or delivery.
  • Keep track of work orders and manage assets using our digital systems.
  • Moving RV's/caravans, assisting in yard display and presentation, and general yard duties.

What We're Looking For:

  • A valid open driver's licence with a clean driving record.
  • Impeccable presentation and top-tier communication skills.
  • A passion for providing outstanding service to both customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with computers (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring every RV is perfect before it hits the road.
