HealthcareLink Support is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join their multidisciplinary team in Melbourne, VIC. As a Clinic/Community Speech Pathologist, you will provide clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.

About the Role

You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses and disability types. The role involves assessing and developing individualized plans to improve communication and swallowing skills. You will also be responsible for ongoing therapy sessions, working closely with clients and their families to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of communication and swallowing skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs
  • Provide ongoing therapy sessions, including Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and Mealtime Management
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification
  • Certified Practicing SPA membership
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Valid Driver's License and Vehicle
