Professional Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced trainer and assessor to join our team as a Professional Trainer and Assessor - Early Childhood Care & Education in our Coffs Harbour office.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring.

The Perfect CandidateWe are looking for someone who is passionate about empowering students to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers through personalized service.
You will have a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116 or equivalent, a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education, and at least 2 years' industry experience.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $80,000 per annum, plus benefits such as salary packaging, an extra week of paid leave after 5 years of service, and flexible working arrangements.
