Travel Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our team at RAA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating unforgettable travel adventures for our valued members.
Key Responsibilities- Tailor and manage end-to-end travel bookings to ensure personalized experiences that cater to each member's unique preferences.
- Act as a trusted advisor, selling a wide range of travel products, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and more.
- Engage with customers in person, over the phone, via email, and online to provide exceptional customer service.
- Exceed sales targets by going above and beyond to achieve remarkable results.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and genuinely excited about the world of travel. You will have a Certificate in Travel and Tourism or equivalent qualification, a knack for setting and surpassing ambitious sales targets, and meticulous attention to detail coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
