Deliver Strategic Transformation through DevOps Excellence

  • Drive operational efficiency and scalability, focusing on automation and best practices.

As a Senior DevOps Leader, you will spearhead the development of our company's DevOps capabilities, driving innovation and improvement across all areas. You'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure seamless integration with Agile methodologies.

This role promotes growth, collaboration, and high-quality solutions that support business agility. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading delivery pipelines aligned with strategic goals, ensuring resource efficiency and execution excellence.
  2. Championing Agile and DevOps practices, fostering accountability, automation, and continuous improvement.
  3. Driving automation-first principles and standardization to streamline processes, improve quality, and reduce manual effort.
  4. Mentoring and developing team capabilities, promoting a learning culture and innovation.
  5. Developing, optimizing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
  6. Enhancing platform monitoring, proactively resolving issues, and leading incident management efforts.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong technical skills and experience with scripting languages like Python, Shell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, and REST API integrations. Additionally, you should have 5+ years of DevOps and CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, as well as strong AWS experience, including EC2, S3, VPC, networking, EKS (Kubernetes), and OpenShift.
