Executive Director of Social Housing Projects

**Job Summary**
The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing seeks a highly skilled Executive Director of Social Housing Projects to lead the full life cycle of projects aimed at increasing social and affordable housing in Victoria.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with experience in public sector partnerships to oversee the delivery of large-scale construction pipelines and manage contracts, budget, and cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project development and delivery to meet departmental objectives, including monitoring and evaluation.
- Develop and present reports, internal briefs, cabinet submissions, and meeting agendas and minutes.
- Manage budgets and financial reporting, including preparation of project cashflows and forecasts.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong track record in project management and leadership in a public sector or related field.
- Experience in managing complex projects, including contract administration and risk management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
