As a Healthcare Professional in our Community Care team, you will provide person-centered care, assisting our consumers to remain living independently in their own homes by providing assistance with personal care, social support, respite, transport, and domestic assistance.
This is a Monday to Friday role and requires a current First Aid certificate or a willingness to obtain.
Within close proximity to our service area, you can enjoy some of north-east Victoria's beautiful scenery while travelling between clients in company supplied vehicles.
Our service covers a range of areas, providing support to our consumers in their own homes.
