As a highly experienced Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our team at Northern Territory PHN. This esteemed position requires a seasoned professional to contribute to the growth and development of early-career Occupational Therapists across Australia, while also assisting in expanding our services to cater to more individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor early-career Occupational Therapists to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional development.
- Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support to our clients.
- Diagnose, treat, and educate clients on functional and physical impairments, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.
- 10+ years of experience in Occupational Therapy, with a proven track record of success.
- AHPRA registration and strong NDIS experience.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff members.
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Permanent Resident status.
- A competitive salary range of $110,000-$140,000.
- Up to 5 weeks of annual leave, with 17.5% leave loading.
- Relocation assistance of up to $3,500 from NT PHN, as well as scholarships and bursary grants.
