Eligibility Requirements

The expectations and standards are high, and you'll be working at pace and with agility to deliver your best. If you're a self-starter with a growth mindset, here you can play a big part in a winning team.

  • Academic Standing: Applicants should be in their penultimate or final year of a law degree with strong academic performance.
  • Working Rights: Must have the right to work in Australia (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Australian Work Visa).
  • Availability: Able to commit to paid full-time work for the entire 4-week Summer or 4-week Winter Clerkship Programme.
