Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and seat guests with a warm smile, taking accurate orders and assisting with menu recommendations to ensure a seamless breakfast experience.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly, maintaining presentation and temperature standards while ensuring our guests feel valued and appreciated.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized service, upselling where appropriate to enhance their dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to opening and service procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and team members to guarantee a smooth breakfast service, upholding the highest standards of teamwork and communication.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting.
  • A current RSA certificate or willingness to obtain one demonstrates your commitment to providing excellent service and upholding industry standards.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences are essential for success in this role.
