Job Opportunity: Retail Store Manager Assistant

We are seeking an exceptional retail professional to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager in our Moonee Ponds store. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

  • As a key member of our team, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining a positive work environment that fosters employee growth and development.
  • You will be responsible for training and developing your team members to enhance their performance and contribute to the store's success.
  • Assist with stock control, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store remains organized and welcoming to customers.
  • You will help manage rosters and ensure the store is appropriately staffed during peak trading times.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate leadership skills and experience in retail management, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • Show passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs while supporting your team to achieve success.
  • Visionary merchandising skills would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • Prior experience in high-volume stock businesses is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask are required.
