Early Childhood Education Leadership Position

This leadership role is a key part of the centre's effective operations and delivery of quality programs.

The successful candidate will play an integral part in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation, and providing essential support to the Centre Manager/Director.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading a multi-disciplinary team of early childhood professionals;
  • Ensuring service culture embodies principles of integrated service delivery model;
  • Assisting with administrative functions, including family records and agreements/leases processing;
  • Providing educational leadership through mentoring, guidance and support to educators;
  • Supporting recruitment, induction, onboarding, line management and training for staff.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or Diploma in Children's Services);
  • Motivated individual with excellent communication skills;
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
