Job Summary

We are looking for self-motivated, friendly retail experts seeking a new challenge to lead our Retail Team. As a Store Leader, you will be the face of Travelex, representing our brand by promoting our exciting travel money products. You will run a profitable Travelex business in line with our standards, company philosophies, and operational systems.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Sales Growth: Increase sales and profitability of the store, including online and ATM sales
  2. Customer Retention: Maintain and grow market share
  3. Risk Management: Identify, report, and resolve risks to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant working environment
  4. Individual and Store Goals: Achieve individual and store sales goals/deadlines daily
  5. Leadership: Lead by example in behaviour, attitude, and sales performance
  6. Training and Development: Conduct ongoing training and in-store development
  7. Best Practice: Drive best practice, including performance management
  8. Communication: Communicate, track, and drive incentives

  2. A positive can-do attitude with a drive to win
  3. The ability to build and manage relationships, developing trust and credibility with customers, partners, peers, teams, internal, and external stakeholders
  4. Issue analysis and resolution skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and complete them within required timeframes and quality standards
