Visual Merchandiser Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Sydney's luxury retail precinct. As the world's second-largest duty-free retailer, we operate 20 duty-free stores and have set our sights on our newly opened 3,000 square meter Flagship store.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining all promotional windows and in-store displays, communicating marketing initiatives to relevant personnel, and ensuring all in-store merchandising meets or exceeds our retail standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain visually appealing store displays that drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of merchandising across all store floors.
  • Source and manage display props and fixtures to ensure a cohesive look throughout the store.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the Marketing team.
