As an Assistant Store Manager at Yd Incorporated, you will play a key role in driving sales and team performance in our retail stores. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Management
    • Create and maintain a positive and inclusive store culture that values development, collaboration, and open communication.
    • Lead, coach, and support the store team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational goals.
    • Provide regular and effective feedback to support professional development and internal progression.
  • Performance Management
    • Ensure the store team delivers an exceptional customer experience using proven sales techniques and customer service strategies.
    • Drive and maintain sales performance within the store in line with retail goals, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Support the Store Manager to plan and execute visual merchandising (VM) guides to the VM standard.
    • Conduct regular store walks with the Store Manager to discuss opportunities and develop actions.
    • Act as the primary point of contact and manager on duty during the Store Manager's absence.
  • Store Operations
    • Support the Store Manager in maintaining a high level of store appearance and presentation.
    • Ensure the store is stocked, replenished, and maintained to meet customer needs.
