Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive School Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to the school community in various aspects, maintaining and upkeeping of departmental school grounds and facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the upkeep of school grounds and facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.
  • Assist with the set up and removal of furniture and equipment for school activities, events, and functions.
  • Identify, report, and follow up on maintenance and safety issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Receive, store, and distribute supplies, monitoring equipment and reporting faults.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong planning and prioritizing abilities, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, and external agencies.
  • Flexibility to work varying days and adapt to a dynamic school schedule.
