We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista to fill this role.

As a Cafe Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving coffee and food, and engaging with customers and colleagues alike.

  • Preparing specialty coffee and hot drinks
  • Operating the point of sale system and handling customer transactions
  • Working behind the bar, toasting food when required
  • Serving and making various beverages

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet
  • Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant environment (2 years preferred)
  • Latte art skills desirable but not essential
