About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Accommodation team, on a Casual basis.

Your role will involve supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively driving their own decisions and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering personalised support in a group home setting
  • Assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication and manual handling
  • Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
  • Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent
  • Supporting clients with transport e.g. using CPA minivan

Requirements
  • Available for a minimum of 3 days a week, 15-20 hours (this is a minimum requirement - there are 30+ hours available if you wish)
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)
