Shutdown Project Coordinator

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Scheduler to assist with our client's shutdown projects within our Energy portfolio. This position will see your work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that project deliverables are scheduled on time.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining Short-, Medium- or Long-Term Schedules depending on your assignment. You will also liaise with Coordinators, Planners and Offshore Leadership for Schedule build, approval and lock.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining schedules reflecting latest approved scope and timing.
- Liaising with Materials Coordinator to ensure availability before scope lock.
- Delivering the overall manning requirement histogram.
- Identifying Capacity issue in advance.
- Reviewing and raising deferral of IC and MA work orders.
- Developing detailed execution plan as required.
- Capacity managing work within Revisions to available resources.
- Releasing work orders at regular intervals.
- Updating resource profile.
- Ensuring that all work orders have been released.
- Ensuring all materials are set for delivery (MATD).
- Assisting in the development of cost reports.
- Assisting in the review of estimated forecast cost (EFC) to budget.
- Completing various analysis reports as required.
- Reviewing backlog for RESCH work orders and working with Coordinators and Planners to re-schedule.
- Preparing pre reads and presenting at the IAP meetings.
What you will bring:
- Similar experience as a Scheduler/Planner in the resources industry with an understanding of FPSO.
- Highly experienced using Primavera 6.
- Experience working on maintenance or shutdown work scopes.
- Experienced in using Work Management System.
- Demonstrated abilities to analyze in detail, identify options and recommend logical solution to deviations and problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
- Full Australian work rights (with no limitations).
