Our organization seeks an experienced Maintenance Trainer to join our Western Australian operation. This 8:6 roster role offers a unique blend of training and operational responsibilities.

As a key member of our team, your focus will be on creating and maintaining training systems and materials for electrical trade employees. This includes identifying, implementing, and monitoring training and competency requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Developing procedures and work instructions for training and operational needs.
- Collaborating with department coordinators and supervisors to create an annual training plan and monitor progress against objectives.
- Coordinating and overseeing training activities for the electrical team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
- Assessing personnel competency against standards and ensuring skills meet departmental and site requirements.
- Managing the InTuition training management system to maintain accurate records of training activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- A Grade Electrical Worker's Licence (WA).
- High Voltage Switching certification.
- Formal training and assessment qualification.
- First Aid certificate, including Low Voltage Rescue and CPR.
- Current C class driver's licence (manual).
- Experience with training management systems, such as InTuition or similar systems.
