We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to begin their career in the Auto Glass industry.

The successful candidate will undergo on-the-job training and development, where they will learn how to repair and replace glass on any type of motor vehicle to Australian standards. They will also be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, working in a professional and timely manner.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Undergoing the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our skills development program
  • Learning how to complete windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Undertaking glass chip repairs
  • Delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements for this role include:

  • Mechanical aptitude - experience with hand tools
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive Automatic and Manual vehicles
