The dynamic and fast-paced marketing team has taken the Bundaberg Brewed Drinks brand to the global stage, and with a continued presence closer to home in Australia and New Zealand, the Marketing team now seeks a highly motivated, creative, and innovative Regional Brand Manager to join them at their Brisbane office in Coorparoo.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a high-profile, global FMCG brand, here in Brisbane. As a custodian for all product and trade marketing initiatives for Australia, New Zealand, and EMEA, the Regional Brand Manager will act as a key leader in the planning, development, and implementation of NPD and EPD projects within their regions.

The Regional Brand Manager will work closely with a vast network of internal stakeholders across the business, while also collaborating with international agencies and stakeholders to bring the Bundaberg story to life.

  • Partner with other members of the local and international marketing team to ensure consistency across product strategy and campaign implementation
  • Provide expert leadership across the Stage Gate process, acting as a project manager and demonstrating strong attention to detail
  • Lead a Brand Coordinator, developing their capability through an inspirational approach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly with R&D, Sales, Innovation, Strategy & Supply Chain, on key projects, initiatives, and promotions
  • Partner with Sales to support the development and implementation of the trade marketing strategy, including supporting customer presentations with major retailers

A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar brand marketing and NPD-centric role in FMCG is required for this position. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and stakeholder management ability, be familiar and comfortable working in a smaller team and family environment, and be prepared for occasional travel, both domestically and internationally.

With a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, this role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and professional development.
