Speech Pathology Team Manager

At HealthcareLink, we're seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathology Team Manager to lead our team of speech pathologists in delivering exceptional care to clients across the Mornington Peninsula.
About the RoleWe are recruiting for a Team Leader Speech Pathology Role that can be virtual visits position, clinic-based/off-site position, school-based position, or a combination of all three.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and experienced speech pathologist to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with a disability.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with clinicians, allied health professionals, and educators to develop and implement individualized plans that support client goals and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive services, including assessments, goal setting, and treatment planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to promote HealthcareLink's services and establish partnerships.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- A professional qualification in Speech Pathology and current membership with SPA.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a speech pathologist, preferably in a clinical or community setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of coaching principles and practices to support staff development.
