Project Delivery Manager

This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and integrated team on a 10-year program of work in western Sydney.

We are seeking a skilled project delivery manager to lead competent construction supervisors and teams, collaborating with project engineers/managers, civil and pipeline construction disciplines, and other stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include planning, cost management, and ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site.

  • Previous experience as a Superintendent in a construction environment
  • Proven commitment to leading safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site
  • Strong people management skills, the ability to develop effective supervision and teams
  • Exposure to M&E and/or civil projects
  • Good on-site problem-solving expertise
  • A sound understanding of industrial construction methodologies and standards
  • Strong management capabilities with the ability to lead from the front (both subcontractors and self-perform staff)
  • Ability to provide constructability input throughout the design development process
