About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Garden Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Green Options Landscape Management. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the beauty and functionality of our clients' gardens and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine gardening tasks, including planting, weeding, pruning, and watering, to maintain the health and appearance of gardens and outdoor spaces.
  2. Maintain turf areas by mowing lawns, trimming edges, and caring for grass and other vegetation.
  3. Prepare soil and plant beds for new plantings and maintenance.
  4. Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other equipment.
  5. Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  3. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
  4. Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  5. Valid Manual Driver's License.
  6. White Card.
  7. Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
